Beverly Pennells is the Founder and Director of MUHLE Glow Beauty and the Founder and Master Trainer of MUHLE Beauty Academy — a vision born from decades of professional experience, beauty expertise, education, entrepreneurship and a passion for empowering people through skills and opportunity.

With more than three decades of professional experience spanning healthcare, beauty, wellness, training and entrepreneurship, Beverly has built her career around people, education, professional development and transformation. Her professional journey began in healthcare, including her early career in the Radiology Department at Grey’s Hospital. Her experience subsequently expanded into occupational health and safety, professional representation, beauty, wellness, training, product development and entrepreneurship — including her work as a KwaZulu-Natal Agent for Mooiste Meisie.

THE MUHLE VISION

Beverly’s vision for MUHLE extends far beyond selling beauty products. She is building a next-generation beauty education, certification, entrepreneurship and empowerment ecosystem where people can learn professional skills, develop confidence, access quality products and create opportunities for themselves. Through MUHLE Beauty Academy, the vision is to provide students with structured beauty education, practical skills, product knowledge, assessment, certification, digital learning and entrepreneurial development — embracing innovative technology including AI-supported Avatar Training for specialist guidance across beauty, wellness and business.
